Two 2,500 square foot residential units were created by removing the rear third of this 1928 warehouse building located in the Ballpark Historic District. Both 3 level units include walkout decks attached to the existing single story structure. Twenty foot ceilings allow an abundance of natural light while providing dramatic sections that create separation between common and private spaces.
